Hannah Allison is set to begin her third season as an assistant coach at Bucknell. She joined the Bison staff after spending two seasons at Ohio Wesleyan, including the most recent as the interim head coach.
Allison has helped Bucknell qualify for the Patriot League Tournament in each of her two seasons with the team. During that time, the Bison have had seven All-Patriot League selections and five Academic All-Patriot League honors.
During her two seasons in Lewisburg, Bucknell has posted a 17-20 record and a 6-6 mark in the Patriot League. Included in that record was a 3-2 overtime win over No. 12 Albany during the 2016 season.
In her one season as the interim head coach at Ohio Wesleyan, Allison led the Battling Bishops to a 10-9 record, including a 7-3 mark over the final 10 games. The team had one All-Region selection and three All-North Coast Athletic Conference honorees. The 10 wins were four more than the previous season and the 6-8 conference record was a two-win improvement. In her one season as an assistant coach, the Battling Bishops went 6-11 overall and had three All-NCAC selections.
A 2013 graduate of Penn State with a degree in kinesiology, Allison was a four-year letterwinner for the Nittany Lions and a team captain her senior season. She was a part of two Big Ten championship teams and was a recipient of the Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award given to student-athletes with a minimum 3.7 GPA.
