HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- Katie Childers posted a top-10 finish and the Bison women's golf team placed 10th out of 17 teams at the Low Country Intercollegiate, which wrapped up Sunday at Moss Creek GC. Childers backed up her opening-round 77 with an 82 in the final round, and her 36-hole total of 159 was good for a tie for eighth place. 

Emily Larson, who shot a 1-over 37 on the back nine, and Lindsay Dodovich carded Bucknell's low Sunday totals with a pair of 81s. Anna Dailey was the No. 4 scorer with an 85. 

Bucknell's 329 second-round total was one better than Saturday's 330. With a 659 composite, the Bison finished one stroke ahead of Patriot League rival Navy. Bucknell also bettered Presbyterian, UNC Asheville, SCAD, USC-Beaufort, Longwood and The Citadel. 

High Point tallied a 638 to win the tournament by three shots over Gardner-Webb and six over Seton Hall. USC Upstate and Bethune-Cookman rounded out the top five. 

Celia Mansour of Presbyterian shot 73-77 and cruised to a five-shot victory over Seton Hall's Sammie Staudt. 

The Bison are back in action March 27-28 at the Sunoco Campbell Oil Classic at River Landing GC in North Carolina.
