WILLIAMSBURG, Pa. -- The Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate wrapped up on Tuesday in cold, wet conditions at The River Course at Kingsmill Resort, and Bucknell finished with its best round of the 54-hole event with a 304. Schuyler Stitzer posted a 4-over-par 74 to lead the Bison, who moved up one spot and finished in 25th place. 

Stitzer shot 76-76-74 for the week and did not have a score worse than bogey in the tournament. On Tuesday he birdied the par-3 fifth hole and also made 12 pars.

Peter Scialabba posted two birdies en route to a 75, which was his best round of the week. Thomas Walter followed with a 76, Zach Pogust shot 79 and D.J. Magee finished with an 80. 

Led by individual champion Clement Sordet, Texas Tech cruised to the team title with an 851 total. Sordet was 2-under for the tournament and finished one shot ahead of UNC Greensboro's Roy Dixon, who closed with a 65 on Tuesday.

UNCG finished second in the team standings, followed by Radford, James Madison and Miami (Ohio).

The Bison will be back in action next Monday and Tuesday at the Villanova Wildcat Invitational at White Manor Country Club.
