LEWISBURG, Pa. - The postseason honors continue to roll in for Bucknell women’s soccer junior Kendall Ham, who is becoming one of the most accomplished players in program history. On Friday, the forward became the first Bison to earn National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-America honors, garnering third-team accolades.

Earlier this week she earned First Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region honors, picking up All-Region accolades for the second consecutive year. Ham and junior defender Karli Cirovski were First Team All-Region choices, while senior goalkeeper Jessica Ratner was a Second Team selection.

In 2016, Ham was the Patriot League’s most prolific scorer, leading the league in points (35) and goals (15). She earned First Team All-Patriot League honors for the second straight season, while becoming the fourth Bucknell player to be named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year. Bucknell had one of the top offenses in the country, ranking fourth in scoring offense (2.55) and fifth in points per game (7.45).

Most importantly, Ham helped guide the Bison to a school-record 16 wins and their first Patriot League championship since 2005.

Ham started all 20 games for Bucknell, recording a point in 15 contests. A proven clutch performer, she led the Patriot League in game-winning goals (5), including in back-to-back overtime road victories at Colgate and Navy. She won two Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week honors this season and four in her career.

With her senior season left to play, Ham already ranks among the best on Bucknell’s all-time lists. She ranks seventh all-time in points (67), seventh in goals (29) and fourth in game-winning goals (11).

Ham is the fourth player in Patriot League history to earn NSCAA All-America honors and the first since 2013. Jessica Tuthill (1994 and 1995) and Holly Pedley (1994) of Colgate earned the citation, along with Jade Seabrook of Navy in 2012 and 2013.

Ham and all of the NSCAA All-America selections will be recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon in Los Angeles on Jan. 14 in conjunction with the 2017 NSCAA Convention.
