LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell junior Gabi Rosenfeld and freshman Dani Kaufman have been selected to the Open Women's Soccer Team for the upcoming 20th World Maccabiah Games in Israel. Rosenfeld and Kaufman are two of 20 athletes to make the team.

“It is great to have two of our student-athletes representing the United States at the Maccabi Games in Israel this summer,” commented two-time Patriot League Women's Soccer Coach of the Year Kelly Cook. “I think it will be a great playing opportunity to prepare the two for the fall, but will also be an incredible cultural experience.”

Rosenfeld made an immediate impact in her first season at Bucknell, helping a Bison squad set a program record for wins (16) en route to capturing its third Patriot League title and clinching an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2005. Rosenfeld started all 20 games, tallying one goal and three assists for four points. The midfielder found the back of the net while handing out an assist in the team's 2-0 win over Lafayette in the Patriot League Tournament Semifinal game.

Kaufman was an understudy to Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year Jessica Ratner in her rookie season, but made the most of her limited time in net. She appeared in three games, recording five saves while posting a perfect save percentage.
