LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell men's swimming & diving team scored five top-eight finishes on the second day of the Bucknell Invitational.

Chadd Cummings and Jacob Lubinski were standout performers for the Bison, each accounting for three top-eight finishes.

Cummings reached the 'A' finals in two individual events and swam second for the seventh-place 200 medley relay team. He ultimately took seventh in the 100 breaststroke and eighth in the 100 butterfly.

Lubinski was also on that 200 medley relay team; in addition, he swam the third leg of Bucknell's fifth-place 800 freestyle relay and took seventh in the 100 butterfly.

Georgetown moved into first place with 792 points. Defending champion Towson (778.5) and La Salle (694) round out the top three. The Bison, who have 431 points, remained in seventh place.

The Bucknell Invitational concludes tomorrow at Kinney Natatorium. Preliminaries begin at 10 a.m. with the finals following at 5 p.m. Live results can be found on BucknellBison.com.
