BOSTON, Mass. Junior Isabella Bjorkeson placed seventh in the pentathlon and set a top-10 mark at the ECAC Championships on Friday night.

Bjorkeson scored a combined 3,311 points and earned an All-East selection at her first career ECAC Championships. The Berkley Heights, N.J., native set personal bests in the 60-meter hurdles (9.25), shot put (29-09 ½), and long jump (17-02 ¼). With her performance, she moved up to seventh on Bucknell’s all-time top-10 list. Harper Stewart jumped in on the action, finishing 10th by netting 3,002 points to put an exclamation on the first day of competition.

The remainder of the meet is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, however the bulk of the Bison squad will not be able to compete due to poor travel conditions.
