About the Bison
• Bucknell heads back to Annapolis for the second time in three weeks, this time for the 2018 Patriot League Championship. Practice rounds will be held on Friday afternoon, and then the two-day, three-round tournament will begin on Saturday, April 22. Play begins Saturday at 8:30 a.m., and the Bison will be paired with Richmond and Navy on day one. The winning team receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Regionals.

• The Patriot League Tournament utilizes a play-six, count-four format, unlike most tournaments throughout the season that feature five-player lineups. Bison head coach Lisa Francisco will send out Lindsay Dodovich, Casey MorrowKatie ChildersMeredith LangsErin Holmes and Anna Dailey.

• Bucknell played the Naval Academy GC course two weeks ago at the Navy Spring Invitational and shot 344-344 in very challenging conditions. Dodovich was the individual runner-up after posting rounds of 79-78. Holmes also finished in the top 10 (T-8th) with 84-80.

• Dodovich, who is a two-time All-Patriot League performer, leads the team with a 77.9 scoring average, including the fall and spring seasons. She has placed in the top 20 in seven of the team's nine events in 2017-18, and in the top 10 in two of them. Her even-par 70 at the Bucknell Inivitational in September is the team's low round of the season.

• Behind Dodovich on the team scoring leaderboard is Childers (81.7), Morrow (83.2), Langs (84.3), Dailey (85.7) and Holmes (86.0).

The Patriot League Championship
• This will be the sixth Patriot League Championship since the league began sponsoring women's golf in 2013. Bucknell hosted the inaugural Patriot League Championship in 2013, finishing second out of four teams. Since then, the tournament has expanded to six teams, and the Bison have finished first in 2015, fourth in 2016, and fifth in 2015 and 2017.

• Navy is hosting the Patriot League Championship for the second time. The other came in 2015, when Boston University shot 307-305-317 to beat second-place Lehigh by 10 strokes. Bucknell placed fifth with a 54-hole total of 990 (331-326-333). Dodovich is the only current Bison to appear in the lineup that season. She finished T-23rd as a freshman.

• Since then, Dodovich has posted a pair of ninth-place finishes to earn All-Patriot League honors in both 2016 and 2017. She logged rounds of 78-81-73 on her home course in 2016, and last season at Saucon Valley CC, Dodovich shot 78-78-77. Childers just missed an all-league medal as a rookie in 2016, when she finished T-11th.

• Richmond is the defending team champion. There will be a new individual champion this year, as Boston University's Adela Cejnarova has graduated after claiming each of the last three titles. Eight 2017 All-Patriot League honorees return to this year's field, however.
