APALACHIN, N.Y. -- Sophomore Daniel Levin fired an even-par 72 on Monday to lead the a young Bucknell men's golf contingent to its second straight round of 307 at the Binghamton Invitational. With three freshmen, a sophomore and a junior in the lineup, the Bison finished the tournament tied for 13th place with a 614 total.

Levin backed up his opening-round 79 with his second career even-par round, and he finished tied for 23rd in the individual standings. Last month, Levin posted an even-par 70 at the Bucknell Invitational. Monday's round was one of eight at even par or better in the 85-player field.

Also for Bucknell in the second round, junior Zachary Melnick shot 77, freshman Jubal Early carded a 78, and freshmen Connor O'Brien and Ashton Radvansky both finished with 80.

Led by medalist Jack Gianniny (65-75), Delaware won the team title with a 580 total, two shots better than Rhode Island and 10 clear of third-place Towson.

The Bison will be back in action on Oct. 12-13 at the Donald Ross Invitational at Mimosa Hills CC in North Carolina.
