LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell wrestling team held its Bison Intrasquad on Thursday night at Davis Gym.

While no team scores were kept, there were plenty of highlights from the match, including Jakob Campbell's win by tech fall at 125 and Seth Hogue's pin at 149. In addition, three-time NCAA qualifiers Tyler Smith (141) and Tom Sleigh (197) each won by major decision.

Five of the 10 bouts were decided by three or fewer points.

"It's a good gauge, a good measuring stick for a lot of these individual weight classes," said head coach Dan Wirnsberger. "We're 10 days out from our first competition up at Edinboro so we want to make sure we're ready to go... I know we have some work to do and a lot of things to work on, but I'm fairly pleased with what I saw initially with some of the weight classes."

Bucknell begins competition on Sunday, Nov. 5 by taking on CSU Bakersfield (10:30 a.m.) and Edinboro (1:30 p.m.) in Edinboro, Pa. The Bison then host Lehigh on Friday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. in Sojka Pavilion.
