LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell men's golf team returns to tournament competition on Monday and Tuesday at Villanova's Wildcat Invitational at White Manor Country Club in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This begins a busy stretch for the Bison, who will play in five of the next six weeks, culminating with the Patriot League Championship at Navy on Apr. 30-May 1.
Live scoring will be available at GolfStat.com.
Bucknell will be paired with Binghamton and Lehigh at Villanova's annual spring event. Other teams in the field include Wagner, St. John's, Colgate, Delaware, Fordham, Monmouth, Lafayette, La Salle, Manhattan, Cleveland State, Siena, Detroit, Le Moyne, St. Peter's, St. Bonaventure, Iona and Rider.
Levin was Bucknell's top finisher with a 151 at the Patriot Spring Intercollegiate at PGA National in Florida in the team's only other competition of the spring season. The Bison finished third behind Navy and Lehigh in that Spring Break event.
Bucknell struggled at the Wildcat Invitational last season, placing 14th with rounds of 320-304. Levin was the low Bison with a 151 over 36 holes, while Magee's second-round 74 was the team's best for the week.
This will be Bucknell's fifth straight appearance in this tournament, with a top finish of eighth in 2012.
