GLADWYNE, Pa. -- Just 48 hours after winning the Yale Spring Invitational, the Bucknell men's golf team sent five different players to Philadelphia Country Club for the single-day, 36-hole Finegan Invitational, hosted by La Salle. After a tough morning round, the Bison improved by 25 shots in the afternoon, led by a 2-over-par 73 from freshman Ashton Radvansky, and finished in 12th place.

Bucknell totaled 639 with rounds of 332 and 307. Navy and Drexel both tallied 593, and the Midshipmen won the tournament in a two-hole playoff. Lehigh (594), Lafayette (595) and Villanova (598) rounded out the top five.

Radvansky turned in the round of the day for the Bison with his second-round 73. He was 1-over on each side and made birdies on holes 5, 6 and 14. Radvansky was also low Bison for the tournament, finishing T-35th with a 155 total.

D.J. Magee, Zachary Melnick and Nick Geissler all posted 78 in round two. Magee had a team-best 79 in the morning.

Drexel's Christopher Crawford posted a 4-under 138 over 36 holes and walked away with a four-shot victory over Rider's Aaron Simone and Lehigh's Johnny Hsu.

Bucknell will be back in action on Saturday and Sunday at the Navy Invitational. Then one week later the Bison will return to Annapolis for the Patriot League Championship.
