2017-18 (Junior): Went 13-22 in singles, including an 8-16 record during the spring and a 5-6 mark in fall tournaments ... played on courts one through four ... posted a 3-1 record on his way to a runner-up finish in Flight 2 singles at the Bucknell Fall Invite ... went 14-14 in doubles with a record of 10-10 during the spring and 4-4 in fall tournaments. 

2016-17 (Sophomore): Finished 17-15 in singles, including a 9-13 record during the spring and an 8-2 mark in fall tournaments ... was a perfect 3-0 on court three ... played other 19 matches on courts four, five, and six ... went 4-0 to win the Flight 2 singles title at the Bucknell Fall Invite ... finished 5-7 in doubles, including a 2-4 record during the spring and a 3-3 mark in fall tournaments.

2015-16 (Freshman): Went 12-9 in singles, including a 5-6 record during the spring and a 7-3 mark in fall tournaments ... finished 4-0 to win the Flight C bracket at the Bucknell Tournament ... won the first five matches of his career ... played primarily at No. 6 singles ... went 2-1 in doubles, including a 2-0 record during the spring and an 0-1 mark in his lone match of the fall

High School/Personal: Born Jan. 23, 1996 in State College, Pennsylvania … son of Ian and Patty McDonald … has three siblings, Ryan, Alex and Brendan … four-year team MVP while playing No. 1 singles at Summit High School … school's men's tennis MVP award was named in his honor … two-time All-State Group 3, including First Team honors as a senior … three-time First Team All-Union County, including Player of the Year honors after completing an undefeated regular season his senior year … two-year team captain … led Summit to New Jersey Group 3 state title.
