A Look Back at the Last Meet
• Bucknell last competed on Nov. 4, going 2-1 at a quad meet against Patriot League foes American, Lafayette and Navy.
• Behind eight top-three finishes, the Bison topped American (201-82) and Lafayette (184-113). They fell to 14-time defending Patriot League champion Navy (86-189).
 Garrett Sommer won the 3-meter dive (238.50) while Matt McGoey scored an individual title in the 400 IM (4:13.46).
• McGoey also finished third in the 200 backstroke (1:56.26) and swam the second leg of the runner-up 200 freestyle relay.
• With that meet's results, Bucknell stretched its winning streak over American to 11 and its winning streak over Lafayette to 23.

Bucknell at a Glance
• The Bison are currently 2-3 (2-2 Patriot League) on the season. All of their meets thus far have been duals.
• In 2016-17, the Bison finished 4-6 (4-3 Patriot League). They placed fourth (429 points) at the 10-team Patriot League Championship and 10th (134 points) at the 21-team ECAC Championship.
Louis Behnen (1st), Chris Devlin (1st) and Jack Robinson (2nd) were Bucknell's 2017 All-Patriot League honorees.
• Devlin was also named the Male Swimmer of the Meet for the second-straight season after leading all swimmers with 58 points. Of Bucknell's 2017 All-Patriot League picks, only Devlin returns in 2017-18. 
• The Bison have never finished lower than fourth at the Patriot League Championship.

A Look Back at the 2016 Bucknell Invitational
• The Bison welcomed Binghamton, Fordham, Georgetown, La Salle, North Dakota, Towson, Massachusetts (diving only) and Susquehanna (diving only) to Kinney Natatorium for the 2016 edition of the Bucknell Invitational, which has been held every season since the 2011-12 campaign. 
• Bucknell finished sixth overall while Towson won the team title with 1,271.5 points.
 Chris Devlin won the 200 IM (1:50.59) and 200 backstroke (1:45.01) and was the runner-up in the 400 IM (3:58.39). He also teamed with Chadd Cummings, James Elmendorf, and Charlie McFarland to place third in the 200 medley relay with a Bucknell top-10 time of 1:31.84.
Louis Behnen posted a second-place finish in the 500 freestyle (4:27.89) and the 1,650 freestyle (15:28.53).

Up Next
• A handful of Bison swimmers will compete at the USA Swimming Winter Nationals in Columbus, Ohio from Thursday, Nov. 30 to Saturday, Dec. 2.
• The full team will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 13, taking on Army West Point and Boston College in West Point, N.Y. The next day, Bucknell is slated to host Columbia at 1 p.m.
