LEWISBURG, Pa. – Three Bucknell field hockey players have received invitations to play in the Young Women’s National Championship, which will be held at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, from June 25-29.

Rising junior Olivia Harris and rising sophomores Sarah Dimock and Kaelyn Long will compete at the event, which serves as a high-level, international structured competition and is a selection avenue to Junior National Camp. It is also an opportunity for selection to the 2018-19 U.S. U-21 Women’s National Team and U.S. Women’s National Development Team.

The trio of Bucknell players helped the Bison advance to the Patriot League title game last season. They were selected to compete at the Young Women’s National Championship after participating at USA Field Hockey High Performance Training Centers. Long trained with the Pennsylvania team, while Dimock and Harris were with the New Jersey team.
