LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell women's lacrosse team placed 24 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Wednesday.
The Bison posted a 3.55 combined grade point average during the spring semester, bolstered by senior psychology major Maddy Molinari's perfect 4.0 mark.
Six other Bison—sophomore Callie DeWitt, senior Elizabeth Duswalt, senior Becca Golding, junior Eve Lukowski, senior Bridget Shaffrey and senior achieved a 3.91 GPA. Of the team's 24 honorees, 23 made the Bucknell Dean's List with a GPA of 3.50 or higher.
Lukowski, a managing for sustainability major, was previously named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team for the second-straight season. The 2016 Scholar-Athlete of the Year, she boasts a 3.95 cumulative grade-point average.
Bucknell placed the second-most student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll behind Lafayette (27).
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must achieve at least a 3.20 grade-point average during the semester in which their team competes.
