Fall Semester

M/W/F      6:30 a.m. - 8 a.m.      Conditioning & Strength Training
T/R          6:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.      Rowing
Sat          9 a.m. - 12 p.m.         Rowing

Note: First-year (inexperienced) rowers follow a different schedule, practicing three times per week according to their class schedule. Practice opportunities are weekdays from 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Spring Semester

Pre Spring Training Trip
M/W/F      6 a.m. - 8 a.m.           Conditioning
T/R          6 a.m. - 9 a.m.           Conditioning & Strength Endurance
Sat          9 a.m. - 12 p.m.          Conditioning

Note: We will get on the water as soon as it thaws in February.

Post Spring Training Trip
M/W/F      5:30 a.m. - 8 a.m.        Rowing
T/R          5:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.        Rowing & Strength Maintenance

Note: First-year rowers do not participate in the Strength Endurance or Strength Maintenance sessions from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
