Mastrostefano, O'Mara, Pilling and Weaver Post 4.0 GPAs for Bison

The Bucknell women's rowing team had 30 Academic Honor Roll members in 2009.

Patriot League Women's Rowing Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell women's rowing team ranked second in the Patriot League in number of student-athletes named to the Academic Honor Roll with 30, the league office announced Wednesday. The Bison have now had a league-best 130 team members named to the Academic Honor Roll over the last five years. Holy Cross led the league with 33 selections this year.

To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter in one of the Patriot League's six winter or 10 spring championship sports.

Cassie Mastrostefano, Jillian O'Mara, Nicole Pilling and Kim Weaver each earned a perfect 4.0 grade-point average during the spring semester. Bucknell, which is coming off its fourth consecutive league championship, registered four of the eight 4.0 GPAs in the Patriot League.
