LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell baseball team will have to wait an extra day to play its first game on the new FieldTurf surface at Depew Field. Its home opener doubleheader against Le Moyne, scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, has been moved to Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. due to rain in the forecast in Lewisburg.

Bucknell (10-8) is coming off a 5-2 trip to Florida, which featured a pair of victories over Big Ten teams Illinois and Northwestern. Outfielders Andrew Brouse and Bob Donato both hit over .400 on the trip, while starting pitcher Dylan Seeley recorded a 0.64 ERA in 14.0 innings over two starts.

The Bison were 7-11 at Depew Field a year ago. Wednesday's twinbill will be the first of 16 regular-season home games for Bucknell in 2010.

Le Moyne, which won three of four at Marshall this past weekend, will bring an 8-11 mark to Depew Field. The Dolphins are hitting .275 on the season and own a 5.50 team ERA.
