STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - Joe Crispin hit six 3-pointers en route to 26 points to lead Penn State to an 82-72 victory over Bucknell on Friday night.

The Nittany Lions (7-1) used a 6-0 run to build a 60-48 lead midway through the second half.

Bucknell (5-4) had a 6-0 run of its own to close within 74-68 with 2:50 left. The Bison again got within six points, 76-70, with 2:16 left, but could get no closer. Crispin hit four free throws in the final 1:59 and Titus Ivory hit two more in the final minute to keep the game out of reach.

Ivory scored 18 points for the Nittany Lions, and Gyasi Cline-Heard had 17 points and 12 rebounds.

Bryan Bailey scored 17 points for Bucknell before fouling out with 17 seconds left. Boakai Lalugba scored 14 points, and Brian Werner had 13 for the Bison, who missed all seven of their 3-point attempts.

Penn State scored the game's first five points and never trailed. Bucknell got to within 15-12 when Crispin scored eight points in a 10-0 run. That run put the Nittany Lions up 25-12 with 9:46 left in the first half. Penn State led 47-37 at the halftime mark.
