CARTHAGE HIGH SCHOOL: All-section selection his senior season ... led team to a 9-1 record that year and a Section III Championship ... also played baseball and basketball, earning all-North honors in both of those sports ... was a team captain for all three sports. PERSONAL: Born June 9, 1980 ... son of La’Dell and Rick Tallman of Carthage, N.Y. ... his mom played basketball at the University of Dubuque, and his dad played football, basketball and track at the University of Dubuque ... majoring in secondary education ... member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
