LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Bucknell's 20th-ranked men's lacrosse team faces its most important test of the season this Saturday when it visits Patriot League rival Hobart in a game with major championship implications.

The crucial contest will be broadcast on WMLP-AM 1340 in the Lewisburg area, and worldwide on the internet at www.BucknellBison.com. In addition, i2sports.com will stream live video and audio of the game. Air time is 1 p.m. from Hobart's artificial turf field.

Bucknell, Army and Hobart prior to the season were picked as the heavy favorites in the Patriot League lax race. Bucknell already boasts a win over Army and can take control of the title chase with a win Saturday. The Bison have won three straight games after an 0-4 start, while Hobart is 3-3 overall, 2-1 in the Patriot League. The Statesmen lost to Army 14-11 on March 9.

The Bison, who have won 11 straight Patriot League games, have allowed only 12 goals in their last three games -- victories over Army (8-5), Mount St. Mary's (5-3) and Holy Cross (14-4).
