LEWISBURG, Pa. - Defenseman Michael Abou Jaoude (San Francisco, Calif./St. Ignatius), a recent Bucknell graduate, represented the Bison on Friday in the annual North-South Senior All-Star Game, which was played on the campus of Villanova University.

The annual contest underwent a format change this year, with Division I and II all-stars competing against the best seniors from the Division III ranks. Abou Jaoude and his Division I/II teammates won the game 17-6. Abou Jaoude was credited with one ground ball on the stat sheet.

A First Team All-Patriot League selection in 2005 and a second team pick in 2006, Abou Jaoude was Bucknell's "shut down" cover man, usually assigned to the opposition's best offensive player, and he finished second on the team with 40 ground balls. He led a Bucknell defense that allowed only 7.3 goals per game this year, which was third-best in the conference and seventh-best nationally.
