CHESTERTOWN, Md. - After picking up their first win of the season on Friday, the Bison men's tennis team fell to Richmond 7-0 on Saturday in Chestertown, Md. The Bison played a few tough matches but could not come up with a win.

The Bison played the Spiders tough in doubles competition with all three contests being decided by three points or less. Richmond's Matt Cabana and Derek Schwandt downed Nick Denefrio and Asher Salam 8-6 at one doubles. On court two, Matt Pikus and Ira Reibeisen dropped another close decision falling 8-5 to Bobby McNally and Jeppy Moss. Gerald DiChiara and Garrett Neff fell to Charlie Seltzer and Matt Stillwagon at three doubles in an 8-5 decision.

The Bison will travel to Pittsburgh, Pa., next weekend to take on Duquesne. The match is set for 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 5.
