Bucknell Men's Tennis has Four Players Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell men’s tennis team had four student-athletes named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, it was announced Monday. The Bison ranked tied for fourth in the league, but had just one fewer selection than Army, Holy Cross and Lafayette, which tied for the conference lead. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter in one of the Patriot League's six winter or 10 spring championship sports. Three of the four Academic Honor Roll selections for Bucknell were upperclassmen with one senior (Ira Reibeisen) and two juniors (Daniel Bednarek and Ryan Sandburg) earning recognition. The Bison tied for fourth in the league with Navy in the number of honorees. Lehigh rounded out the list with three selections to the academic list.
