A cross country co-captain this fall. 2005-06: [Cross Country] -- Competed in five meets for the Bison. [Indoors] -- Earned two second-place finshes on the season, in the 3,000 at the Bison Opener and in the 1,000 at the Bucknell Heptagonal ... took third in the 800 at the Bison Winter Classic (1:56.49) ... ran a personal-best 2:28.29 to finish 12th in the 1,000 at the Penn State National Invitational. [Outdoors] -- Finished second in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Five-Way (3:57.4) and took third in the event at the Liberty Invitational (3:57.78) ... competed in the 1,500 at the IC4A Championships. 2004-05: [Indoors] -- Set a personal record and placed third in the mile run at the Bison Opener (4:22.87) ... finished first at the BU Winter Classic and recorded a personal best of 2:32.38 in the 1,000. [Outdoors] -- Finished fourth in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Five-Way (3:55.35) ... took sixth at the Bison Classic in the 800, with a personal best of 1:55.64. 2003-04: [Cross Country] -- Finished fifth for the Bison and 12th overall at the Lion Invitational (7.5K) with a time of 27:10.93. [Indoors] -- Participated in six events running in the 1,000 and the mile ... finished third at the Bison Open in the mile (4:31.51) ... finished ninth in the mile run at the PL Championships (4:23.79) [Outdoors] -- Pulled in a third-place finish at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the 1,500 (4:05.28) ... finished 11th in the PL Championships in the 1,500 with a time of 4:09.89. Personal: Son of Paul and Cathy Caroleo ... earned three varsity letters in soccer, four in indoor track and two in outdoor track in high school ... was all-league in soccer and track and served as a track and field captain ... accounting major. |
