2004-05: [Indoors] -- Did not compete during the indoor season. [Outdoors] -- Earned a bronze medal in the hammer at the Patriot League Championships (173'0") ... also notched a sixth-place showing in the discus at the conference meet (130-0) ... qualified for the IC4A Championships in the hammer ... finished 10th at IC4As with a mark of 182'0", the fifth-farthest throw in school history ... threw personal-bests in both the discus (136'6") and the shot put (47'7") at the Duke Invitational. 2003-04: [Indoors] -- Highest finishes were second in the weight throw at the Gulden Relays (40' 1 1/4") and third at the Bucknell Winter Classic (46'8 1/4")...also competed in shot put. [Outdoors] -- Finished fifth in the hammer throw at the Cornell Invite with a personal best throw of 162'10" (eighth all time for Bucknell)...competed in the shot put and javelin during the season. 2002-03: [Indoors] -- Participated in eight meets during the indoor season, competing in the weight throw and shot put... achieved personal shot put high of 45' 6 1/2" while winning the Bucknell Winter Classic. [Outdoors] -- Competed in five meets in the hammer, shot put, and discus .. achieved both his hammer and discus personal highs at the season-opening Susquehanna Invitational. Personal: Son of Barry and Carla Frake ... earned two letters in soccer at Northport High in addition to his four letters each for indoor and outdoor track ... captained his junior and senior year track teams as well as his senior soccer team ... won all-county honors in the shot put ... accounting major.
