Bobby Wilson enters his second year with the Bison, working with the horizontal and vertical jumpers and the multi-event student-athletes.

Wilson has a PVSCB pole vault certification in addition to a USATF Level II certification in jumps (2005), throws (2008) and in sprints, hurdles, and relays (2006).

In his first season at Bucknell, Wilson had eight athletes qualify for the IC4A/ECAC Championships, with two of them achieving All-East honors as freshmen. At the Patriot League Championships, he had three athletes win gold and a dozen earn All-Patriot League honors.

Prior to coming to Bucknell, Wilson gained coaching experience Virginia Commonwealth, Oneonta State and William & Mary. At William & Mary, he coached an NCAA qualifier in the heptathlon, a regional qualifier in the pole vault, the 2006 and 2007 ECAC champion in the heptathlon, and several IC4A and ECAC qualifiers.

Wilson is a 2002 graduate of VCU, where he was a conference-champion and school record-setting pole vaulter.
