PRINCETON, N.J. - On Friday, the Bucknell men's and women's track and field teams participated in the opening day of the 2007 ECAC and IC4A Championships at the William Weaver Track and Field Stadium on the campus of Princeton University. Senior Leanna Nastase (Beaverdale, Pa./Forest Hills) picked up All-East recognition after her sixth-place performance in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 36 minutes, 43.53 seconds.

Junior Christine Totten (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) notched a 14th-place showing in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 11:13.30. After four events in the heptathlon, senior Nina Reinhardt (Northport, N.Y./Northport) currently sits in 11th place with a total of 2,851 points.

On the men's side, junior Wallace Campbell (Montgomery, Ala./Montgomery Academy) finished with a time of 14:50.80 in the 5,000, which was good for 18th place.

Bucknell will compete in the second day of the ECAC and IC4A Championships on Saturday, May, 12, beginning at 9:30 a.m. with the conclusion of the heptathlon.
