Greg Costello named Patriot League Runner of the Week.

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell's senior cross country runner, Greg Costello (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mt. Lebanon) was named Patriot League Runner of the Week on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Costello guided the Bison to a first place team finish at the Army Invitational this past weekend.

In his first race during the 2002 campaign, Costello completed the 8K course crossing the line first with a time of 26:18.00. He finished the race seven seconds in front of teammate Bryan Johnston, who placed second in the race.

Bucknell will return to action in two weeks on Friday, Sept. 27, when they travel to the Great American Cross Country Classic.
