LEWISBURG, Pa. - Amanda Brown (Richardson, Texas/L.V. Berkner) and Lauren Schober (Chicago, Ill./Regina Dominican) were named to Patriot League all-league teams, and Trisha Krewson (Sandusky, Ohio/Perkins) was chosen for the Patriot League All-Rookie Team on Tuesday. The Bucknell women's basketball team's trio of selections tied a league high this season, equaling top-seeded Lehigh and second-seeded American.

Brown's selection to the First Team All-Patriot League is the second of her career. The senior was also voted to the team as a sophomore after averaging 12.2 points and 2.5 assists per game. This year, Brown has bettered her numbers with a 14.4 points and a league-best 5.0 assists per game average. The guard has also received Preseason All-Patriot League, Patriot League All-Tournament Team and Patriot League All-Rookie Team nods.

Brown became Bucknell's 18th player to score 1,000 career points earlier this season when she scored 12 at Loyola (Md.) on Nov. 29. Since then, the guard has improved her total to 1,324 career points, placing her eighth in program history. Brown has also moved into the program top 10 in at least eight other career and single-season categories, including second on the career three-point field goals list with 163 and fourth on the career assists list with 340.

The Second Team All-Patriot League selection is the first for Schober since being selected to the league's All-Rookie Team four years ago. In her senior campaign, Schober is averaging 11.3 points per game, the highest of her career in the Orange and Blue. She also leads the Patriot League in steals with 2.4 per game.

Schober became the 19th player in Bucknell history to score 1,000 career points. The forward tallied her first 20-point game of the season against Army on Jan. 31 to achieve the milestone and has since bettered her mark to 1,117 points, placing her 15th on the all-time scorers list. Schober continued her success against the Black Knights on Saturday when she scored 16 points on 4-for-7 three-point shooting. Combined with an 18-point performance against Lehigh days earlier, the co-captain earned her first career Patriot League Player of the Week honor.

Krewson followed her two-time Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors with a selection to the league's All-Rookie Team. In her first year in the Orange and Blue, Krewson is averaging 5.6 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.6 steals in 24.5 minutes of play, all highs among the team's freshmen. The guard has garnered 17 starts while appearing in each of the Bison's 27 games.

Krewson has scored in double digits on four occasions this year, including an 18-point performance at Navy in January. The freshman hit four of her five three-point shots and tied a career-high seven rebounds against the Mids.

The 2009 honors give Bucknell 15 selections to the First Team All-Patriot League, 15 to the Second Team and 15 to the All-Rookie Team since the 1990-91 season. Awards are voted on by the league's coaches. The awards preview the upcoming Patriot League Tournament, which begins Saturday, March 7. The third seed, Bucknell will take on No. 6 Navy at 7:30 p.m. at Lehigh's Stabler Arena. Should the Bison (16-11, 8-6) be victorious in their quarterfinal contest, they will advance to play the winner of American vs. Lafayette at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 8 at Stabler Arena.
