According to Coach Lewis: "Sarah is coming off an ACL injury from last year and has only recently returned to playing hockey. I would expect her to need a year or so to regain the fitness and confidence necessary to compete at this level. While we haven't had the chance to see Sarah play in the past year, I anticipate she'll return to her form of almost two years ago when she was playing with a top club progam - X-Calibur - during the off season."
Personal: Graduated from Conestoga High School ... suffered an ACL injury in the summer of 2004 and missed her senior season ... was voted a team captain for her senior season ... competed in the Keystone State games ... intends to major in business ... daughter of Stuart & Susan George. |
