According to Coach Lewis: "Emily has waited three seasons for her opportunity and I have no doubt she is going to shine in 2006. I think a lot of teams are going to be surprised at how strong we are in goal. Emily brings three years worth of daily competition against Liz Jordan, the league's best goalkeeper in 2005. Emily is technically very sound in goal, has exceptional circle awareness and understands the game very well. I am quite confident that Emily will be another one of Bucknell's outstanding goalkeepers. And, I'm excited for her to go out and embrace this opportunity."
