LEWISBURG, Pa - On Wednesday, the Patriot League announced that the Bucknell field hockey squad placed 19 student-athletes on the league's academic honor roll list, which was a league-best.

American and Lehigh slotted 17 and 7 members, respectively, while Colgate (5), Holy Cross (5) and Lafayette (4) rounded out the list.

Senior Katie Urosevich (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) and junior Katie Leinen (West Chester, Pa./West Chester) notched 4.0 grade-point averages for the Bison in the 2006 fall semester.

In order to be nominated for this honor, the student-athlete must carry a semester grade-point average of 3.20 or higher, while also being awarded a letter.
