LEWISBURG, Pa. - LEWISBURG, Pa. -Bucknell's field hockey game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 22, at 1 p.m., has been rescheduled for Sunday, Oct. 23 at 2 p.m. The Bison will be hosting Patriot League foe Lafayette.

Due to predicted heavy rains for Saturday, game officials and coaches decided it would be safest for the athletes to postpone and reschedule the game.

On Sunday, the Bison will be competing against Lafayette in a very important conference match-up. Another PL win will put Bucknell in a key position for a berth to the post-season tournament.

Senior Day, originally scheduled for Saturday, will take place on Sunday.

Following Sunday's game, the Orange and Blue (5-9 overall, 2-1 PL) will be hosting Towson on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 6 p.m., before traveling to the PL's Lehigh for the final game of the season. The conference match-up is scheduled for Oct. 29, at 1 p.m., in Bethlehem, Pa..
