Bucknell Women's Golf Finishes Day One in Fifth Place at Princeton

 


 
PRINCETON, N.J. - Senior Hilary Mainka shot a team-low 82, and the Bucknell University women's golf team is currently in fifth place among 24 teams after compiling a 341-stroke score for the opening 18 holes of the Princeton Invitational this afternoon.

Mainka is currently tied for the 13th, and junior Molly Campbell is also among the top 20 after firing an 83 on the par-72 course to tie for 17th. Junior Jess Hetrich shot an 86 on day one, and freshman Allison Kasic posted a 90 to complete Bucknell's team scoring. Freshman Jaime Hays also competed and recorded a 92. Bucknell continues tournament play tomorrow at an 8:24 tee time.
