Erin Iwaskiewicz enters her second season as a graduate assistant coach for the Bison after coming to Bucknell from Indiana State,where she served as a graduate assistant during the 2005 season. A 2005 Lehigh graduate, Iwaskiewicz was a four-year starting goalkeeper for the Mountain Hawks and finished as the career leader in goals against average, wins and shutouts. A three-time First Team All-Patriot League selection, Iwaskiewicz was named the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year in 2004 after posting a 1.23 GAA and seven shutouts to help Lehigh to a school-record 12 wins her senior year. Iwaskiewicz was also named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team in 2004 and was the Lehigh Scholar-Athlete of the Year. In 2003, Iwaskiewicz was the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year after posting six shutouts and backstopping the Mountain Hawks to nine victories. In addition to her year at ISU, Iwaskiewicz has coached several youth teams and instructed at a variety of summer soccer camps. She recently earned her NSCAA national diploma, as well. As a student athlete, she was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Council and the Community Outreach by Athletes Program. Iwaskiewicz graduated from Lehigh in the spring of 2005 with a B.A. in art and is currently working towards a master of science in education at Bucknell as a part of the Instructional Specialist program. | ||||||||||||||||
