Jenny Ormsby begins her third season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Bison after joining the staff at the start of the 2006 campaign. Ormsby earned bachelor of arts degrees in psychology and sociology from North Carolina State University in 2003 where she was a four-year letterwinner for the Wolfpack. A 2002 Verizon Academic All-District second team selection, Ormsby was an ACC honor roll member and was recognized as one of the top-10 student-athletes at NC State in 2003. Prior to joining the Bison staff, Ormsby served as head coach of the Catawba Valley Youth Soccer Association U-12 girls team in Hickory, N.C., from 2005 to 2006. She also spent a season as an assistant coach for Alexander Central High School in Taylorsville, N.C., was a volunteer assistant at Watauga High School in Boone, N.C., and served as an assistant coach for Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, N.C., in addition to working various camps. Ormsby, who earned a master of arts in school psychology at Appalachian State University, is the wife of Bison men's soccer assistant coach, Cam Ormsby, and currently works as a school psychologist in the Selinsgrove Area School District and for the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit. | ||||||||||||||||
