LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell softball matchup with Susquehanna has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict for the Crusaders. The doubleheader, originally slated for 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, will not be rescheduled.

The showdown was to be the last home series of the season for the Orange and Blue. With the cancellation, the team ends the year with a 6-8 record on its home field.

The Bison (15-29, 6-10) will wrap up their regular season at Army this weekend. Saturday’s first pitch in West Point, N.Y., is scheduled for 1 p.m., while the first game of Sunday’s twin bill is set for 11 a.m. Both teams are battling with Holy Cross and Lafayette for the final two berths in the Patriot League Tournament.
