Bucknell Swimming & Diving Hosts Bucknell Invitational This Weekend

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell men's and women's swimming & diving teams are hosting Binghamton, James Madison (women), La Salle, The College of New Jersey and Towson for the two-day Bucknell Invitational, starting at 9 a.m., on Saturday, Nov. 22, and Sunday, Nov. 23. This is the first meet for the Bison since hosting Patriot League rivals American, Lafayette and Navy, on Nov. 8, and the last time the Orange and Blue will compete until hosting Colgate, on Jan. 10, 2009. The men's swimming & diving team has a 4-1 record in dual meets this season, while the women's squad is 5-1. The only loss for both teams came against Navy, but the Bison were victorious against conference foes American and Lafayette, while also defeating Boston College, Duquesne and Saint Francis (Pa.) (women).
