WEST POINT N.Y. - The Bucknell women's tennis team traveled to Army on Saturday, April 19, and lost to the Black Knights, 6-1, in Patriot League action. Freshman Rheanna Gaskin was BU's only winner on the day.

The Black Knights swept through singles play, winning four of the five singles bouts in straight sets. Sophomore Tanya Sichko took Melanie Bundoc to a third set, eventually dropping a 2-6, 6-4 (10-6) decision at number four.

Gaskin was the only other Bison player to win a set, defeating Lauren Leftin in straight sets, 6-0, 6-3, at the fifth flight.

Army claimed all three doubles matches for the doubles point.

Bucknell is 14-4 overall and 1-2 in Patriot League play. The Bison host American at 11:00 a.m. for their final home match of the season on Sunday. Army is 13-6 overall and 4-0 in conference action.
