Mario Wilson works with the Bison jumpers and is entering his fifth season with the program. Wilson's athletes have made significant changes to the all-time top-10 lists, a few of whom are current school record holders. The jumping events have been pivotal for Bucknell in Patriot League competiton where Wilson has coached 19 individual champions. Wilson's athletes have also accounted for 36 All-Patriot League accolades. Wilson has coached a total of 49 ECAC/IC4A qualifiers, 13 of whom were scorers. Wilson has also coached eight athletes that have competed at the NCAA East Regional. Three times Wilson has qualified athletes for the NCAA Championships. A 1998 graduate of Marist College, Wilson also received a master's degree from Saint Francis University in 2002. Prior to joining the Bucknell staff, Wilson served as an assistant track and field coach at Saint Francis University for four years. |
