Bison Volleyball Earns Eight Spots on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell volleyball placed eight student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll on Tuesday. The Bison were led by Jessica Serrato (Millbrae, Calif./St. Ignatius College Prep), who recorded a 3.91 grade-point average during the fall semester.

The Bison’s eight selections to the honor roll ranked third in the league. Lafayette led all league schools with 12 selections, while Lehigh added nine. American and Colgate also had eight selections on the academic honor roll. The league recognized a total of 59 volleyball student-athletes for their academic success last term.

To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must achieve a 3.2 grade-point average in the fall semester.
