Lewisburg, Pa. --- The Bucknell volleyball team will have their NCAA first-round contest versus Wisconsin on Friday, December 1, broadcast by the Bison Sports Network. The contest is against the number one-seed Wisconsin Badgers (28-3) and will be broadcast on WMLP 1380 AM at 6:45 p.m. The game is also available via the internet on the Bucknell Athletics website, www.BucknellBison.com.

Doug Birdsong, Bucknell's radio and TV coordinator, will team up with color commentator and Bucknell's Associate Athletic Director for Business and Team Services, Terrie Grieb, to cover the NCAA Tournament contest. Birdsong can regularly be heard over the airwaves every Bison basketball game on WVLY 100.9 FM in Lewisburg and WLTS 98.7 FM in Williamsport.

The volleyball team is currently 17-14 overall and enters the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three years as the 16th-seed in the MidEast region.
