PRINCETON, N.J. - Junior Cody Keffer scored her 100th career goal while leading the Bucknell women's water polo team to its first win of the season, a 9-7 victory over Wagner at the Princeton Invitational on Sunday, February 15, 2004.

Bucknell jumped out to a 3-2 lead after one quarter, before the Eagles tied the game with a 2-1 second quarter for a 4-4 tie at halftime. The Bison outscored Wagner 5-3 in the second half to come away with the 9-7 victory.

Keffer netted three goals in the game, in the process eclipsing the 100 career-goal plateau, becoming just the seventh player in Bucknell history to accomplish the feat. Keffer added two assists for a game-high five points. Also tallying three times in the game was junior co-captain Meg Blitzer.

Freshman goalkeeper Mandy Bynum recorded eight saves in the game to pick up her first career win.

BU moves to 1-1 on the season. The Orange and Blue play Marist at 12:00 p.m. for their last game of the weekend.
