Women's Water Polo Goes 3-1 at Coyote Classic

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - The Bucknell women's water polo team concluded play at the Coyote Classic in San Bernardino, Calif., with a 10-3 win over Biola on Sunday, March 11. Bison senior Paige Cull (Bay City, Mich./John Glenn) scored three goals in the victory for BU, while junior Adrienne Schober (Houston, Texas/Clearlake) added two scores and three assists. Five other Bison scored in the contest. On the defensive side, freshman Kelly Hofstetter (Scotts Valley, Calif./Harbor) grabbed five steals for the Orange and Blue, while sophomore goalkeeper Lindsay Chesterfield (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) made 10 saves in the game.
Bucknell improves to 9-5 overall and will take on LaVerne on Tuesday, March 13, at 1:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
