Women's Water Polo Team Suffers Defeat in Final Game on the West Coast

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Playing in its final game on its spring break trip to the West Coast, the Bucknell women's water polo team dropped an 8-5 decision to San Bernardino at the Claremont Convergence on Sunday, March 18.

Senior Paige Cull (Bay City, Mich./John Glenn) had a solid game for the Bison, scoring one goal and adding two assists, while also collecting a team-high five steals. In the net, sophomore Lindsay Chesterfield (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) recorded 10 saves for BU.

The Orange and Blue fall to 11-8 overall and will return home to host the CWPA League Games on Saturday and Sunday, March 24-25. The Bison square off against George Washington in the first game on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
