LEWISBURG, Pa - On Monday, the Patriot League announced its 2006 cross country All-Patriot League team. Seniors Leanna Nastase (Beaverdale, Pa./Forest Hills), Jenny Stevens (Laceyville, Pa./Wyalusing Valley), and junior Erin Cranmer-Hart (Slippery Rock, Pa./Slippery Rock) were named to the first team, while junior Christine Totten (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) and sophomores Nicole Falcaro (Dingsmans Ferry, Pa./Delaware Valley) and Gillian Nordquist (Clarkston, Mich./Clarkston) copped second team honors. Head coach Kevin Donner received his second straight Coach of the Year award.

Nastase won the overall individual title with a time of 23 minutes, six seconds after placing sixth in the 2005 championships. The senior became the third runner in Bucknell history to win the individual crown. Cranmer-Hart finished the race in second place overall with a time of 23:25. Stevens crossed the line in sixth place and third on the team with a time of 24:03.

Falcaro and Nordquist finished the meet back-to-back. Falcaro crossed the plane in ninth place with a time of 24:28, while Nordquist placed 10th which was good for a time of 24:30. Totten finished two seconds behind Nordquist in 12th place with a time of 24:32.

The Bucknell women's cross country team will compete in the Mid-Atlantic Regional on Nov. 11, on the campus of Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pa. The women's race will begin at 11 a.m.
